Emma is the co-founder of Plant Consciousness, the ground-breaking London event about the conscious intelligent world of plants and trees.

Born in Yorkshire in the British Isles Emma and her family moved to St Ives in Cornwall when she was eleven. It was here that she spent her teens immersed in the free-thinking world of this artists colony where folklore and esoteric wisdom were underlying currents of the town. By the age of seventeen her interest in alternative ways of healing had been piqued after visiting an energy healer due to a severe bout of asthma and hay fever. Emma experienced the profoundly beneficial effects of psychic surgery and decided she would one day learn this skill. It was another seventeen years later however, until she met her teacher in the foothills of the Himalayas. Today Emma blends plant spirit healing with psychic surgery in her healing practice.

It wasn't until half way through her Masters degree that Emma met the spirit of the African plant, Tabernanthe iboga (now endangered), a paradigm shifting event which set her on the path deep into the inner realms of nature. When she began working with her own native plants and trees is when the deepest healing and inner transformation occurred. The plants and trees of the British Isles exist within a profound wisdom tradition and body of esoteric lore, which opened the gateway to the Otherworld realm and the full potential of healing with the conscious intelligence of these plants. It was the Yew which became Emma's most powerful teacher when she lived for four years beneath a 1200 year old Yew in the energetic centre of Wales.
